Post-construction cleaning is the specialized clean that happens after building, remodeling, or renovation work. Construction leaves behind dust, debris, stickers, and residue that a regular clean cannot handle. We prepare the property so trades can keep working safely, or so the space is ready for walkthrough, closing, or move-in.
This service is done in three stages. You can book all three as a full package, or choose only the stage your job site needs right now.
First-stage debris removal and dust control after framing, drywall, paint, or flooring so remaining trades and inspections can proceed.
Detail-level, move-in ready cleaning once all trades are finished. This is the polish before walkthrough, closing, or occupancy.
A light pass just before walkthrough or move-in to catch resettled dust and marks after the Final Clean.
